A clear base for suede and velvet-like texture effects. When mixed with colored ink, it creates a colored suede effect; when used in small amounts, it can also serve as a matting aid. Phthalate-free.
A clear base that creates a soft, matte texture similar to suede or velvet. When mixed with colored ink (PC-1100 or PC-2660), it produces a colored suede effect. When added in small amounts, it can also be used as a matting aid to reduce gloss.
